Cupcakes and glow worms

Annalisa is now a year old and I really think that time goes by so much quicker with the second child. She is as happy as ever and talks and interacts with everyone we meet. We went to a local kids club activity to see some snakes and lizards (perfect for a little girl's birthday, right?:-)
Then we headed home for some cupcakes with peaches (she still has a slight allergy to dairy products) and then opened a couple of presents.
Here she is looking at the pond and standing up so well on her own
I love her smile!
Cory and Ethan watching the show
First touch of cake
Looking at mom to make sure it's okay
Trying some
She's not a big fan of it
Still happy as can be though
Getting ready to dump it on the ground
Opening presents
I held up multiple toys at the store and she chose this lullaby glow worm. I think she just really likes that it plays music. Of course, Ethan really likes it too, as evidenced by this picture and that Annalisa is trying to hold on to her new toy. They'll get this sharing thing down eventually, right?:-)

That's fun that you let her "pick" out her toy! Thanks again for crepes and hanging out the other weekend. You should drop off your cute kids for a temple babysitting trip soon!

She is such a cutie! And I cant believe she is already 1!!! I had no idea she had a milk allergy - what does that mean? Your family is so sweet :)
