This morning I took Ethan to his very first movie in the theaters. A theater near us has free family movies every Tuesday and Wednesday morning so I thought it would be a perfect opportunity to try it out and not waste money if he didn't like it. At first, he sat in his seat in awe. He lasted for almost 45 minutes! (I think it helped that the movie was Madagascar 2 and Ethan loves animals right now). As we were watching though, I couldn't help but notice things in the movie that I was glad Ethan didn't understand. He also jumped quite a bit during a loud part at the beginning. I am just more sensitive to those things now that I have a son who will soon be able to be influenced by it.
Anyway, Annalisa slept on my lap for most of it and then when Ethan wanted to leave, we went outside to see the turtles and there was this couple also looking at them. It was Kourtney Kardashian and her boyfriend Scott! Now the only reason I know who they are is because of this reality show about their family that is filmed in Calabasas.
And finally, here are some pictures of Annalisa being really smiley. She really is such a great baby- I feel so blessed!
